Our Process


  1. Once the paperwork has been sorted, if necessary, we send a team out to the site to finish any work needed and test in preparation for inspections.
    After our team confirms to the best of our knowledge that the job is ready for inspection, we will begin the lengthy process of requesting a sign-off.

  2. First one of our licensees will come out to the site to check over the job and determine if the applicable work was completed and to see if anything additional will be needed. After that, our expeditor will begin the process of superseding the existing applicant and working out the paperwork with the NYC Building Department. 




  3. Sign-Offs:
